Refund & Cancellation Policy
Course Refund Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the training date are eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
Cancellations made 14–29 days before the training date are eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the training date.
No refunds will be provided for missed training days, late arrivals, or early departures.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant with prior written approval from Face & Body Pro.

Course Changes
Face & Body Pro reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a training program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer their registration to a future training date.
